Title: Freehold Raceway To Be Renamed
Post by: smokingjoe on August 30, 2019, 03:36:39 PM: Word has it come Monday, it will be renamed to "The Miller and Surick Playground".

Is Surick's ego so inflated that he's the only trainer to run to the winners circle over and over again? I guess since he's the trainer on paper only, it's his way of feeling he belongs.

Still can't forget him calling Mommy from near the pond years ago. A classic. Now, she just runs into the winner's circle and yes, her head is still in bobbing mode.

the horses don’t matter... handle is what it is

kinda like Monticello

but Surick jam jobs at odds on in half the races won’t hurt handle .. most of the handle comes from Lexington
