 Conditions:Horses with a TrackMaster Horse Rating of 70 or less who are NW last start as of 4-16-19.
 Gait: Pace     Purse: $4,200     Class: TMR70&less     Distance: 1 Mile     Planned Post Time: 12:30 PM

When does TrackMaster start charging tracks for using their Ratings for Race Classes?

Any thoughts?

Owners at Freehold should be happy.  Non winners of a flake of hay racing for 4200.  Gift, welfare, freebie.  Fair horses racing for good money.  Maybe I should send my plow horse down to Nickie to train.
