#2 Miss Popeye has a legit chance in my opinion.

Anytime Rod Allen is gong to be the 3/5 favorite...I'll take my chances going elsewhere.

Miss Popeye's owner-trainer is the nicest guy in the business, but he's getting the shitty end of the stick at Dover. Needs Mr. Foster to drive.
