Whipping violations at Ppk regularly appear on the USTA Friday report.

Post by: Harnessfan902 on February 18, 2019, 05:42:17 PM: Spoke to the judges today. All positives are handled by the state therefore they wouldn’t be publicized on USTA. Judges at pompano only handle racing infractions. One phone call and questions answered amazing.
