Today between Meadows and Northfield, he’s down to drive in 22 of the 28 races in total. I’m assuming the only reason he isn’t in even more is that he has to hustle after the last race at Meadows and doesn’t arrive until around the forth race at Northfield? This has always intrigued me. Does anyone know how he actually does this? Is it by helicopter? Does he have a family he ever sees? Like the guy or not.... you have to respect the guys work ethic ....
-
he drives drunk 50 miles over the speed limit between tracks. gets pulled over constantly.
-
People make this out to be some great feet. The guys drives 10 races in Pittsburgh for 2 minutes each and sits on a couch for 20 minutes between races. Then sleeps shotgun for the 2 hour drive to Cleveland and then proceeds to drive in another 10 races for approximately 2 minutes each and sits on a couch for 30 minutes in between races. Hearing about his great work ethic is funny. There is no labor involved. Far tougher to work on an assembly line for 10 hours a day or lay concrete. Driving a horse for 2 minute intervals is competition, is fun, and is far from taxing on the body. It’s a lazy mans way to make a great buck if your good at it (which he is).
-
You have no idea how dumb it sounds to say what he does is not taxing. Try putting in the miles he does and see if you are worn out physically and mentally. If it was so easy everyone would do it

99.99 % of the population does not know the job of driving harness horses exists. And that's probably too low of an estimate.

More like 6 or 7 minutes, including post parade, warm-ups, and winner's circle picture, but still a short duration.
6 or 7 minutes? ngc3
Have you ever played Cal-Fixpo or Hawthorne? 84zac.1

Hard Work pays off. Didn’t hit any A tracks up yet his money for 5% is up there. Stay the big fish in the small pond and you win

When his non taxing day got laid out for us...was there anytime in there alotted to read program and gamble.

Read da program. Ha. IMO No need to read a program. Northfield=Go to da front with every horse every time. Meadows=Go to da front unless PaLoan says let someone else go to da front.

Because he gets the best horses, usually a second faster than the field.

There is a reason that only one person in the history of the world has won back to back 1000 winning drives in one year. You guessed it, because it is really tough to do. Congrats to Aaron for doing something that has never been done before & may never be done again.
-
A horse only has so much talent ! Nobody wins on dead horses unless the other 8 fall down. Not taking away
the talent Aaron has, its a lot easier to reach that milestone when you have the best horses in 80 percent of
your races.
-
i dont see any talent ,but double headers is a long day
-
Regardless of anything else... 2000 wins in two years is quite a feat. My hat goes off to the guy if for no other reason...the effort and dedication he has. Nobody else doing it.... has to say something about the dude !!

Sears won almost as much money the past 2 years driving 5 months and 30% of the drives snd burned no gas

One race... equal horses... Bartlett or A Merriman ??
-
Never seen him under any influence, ever, just saying......
Good person, works hard, has given back, many times over... thats all that matters...

Please tell me this is not a serious question. One race, equal horse, there are 10-12 guys that are better than Aaron. Jason is definitely better the other ones in no order:
Sears, Paloan, g nap, D.miller, b. Miller, Stratton, Tetrick, Callahan, gingras, Brennan,
I would lock into any of those guys for one race or 100 races before Aaron.

Agree. Never heard bad thing about him. Everyone I’ve talked to says he’s nice guy No drug problems. Heard he drinks a ton but that doesn’t make him bad.
-
Keep in mind also that there just not a lot of good athletes that are drivers. Most are out of shape unathletic guys (specially Midwest drivers) . There are only a small group at each track that are coordinated athletes that take care of their body. That matters.
-
if trainers gassed up all their horses, wouldn't their training percentage be through the roof?
ONLY 1 CAN WIN AT A TIME NO MATTER WHAT...
DUMBASS ngc3

I think many on here would argue that, just saying.
NOPE, seen him many times off track at parties and celebrations, never seen him act like he's under a influence of any kind, never seen him act drunk or stupid, and i have never heard a bad word about him, he works hard and no one on here can argue that! Or he would not have over
10, 0000 wins, he must be doing something right, he's a topic here, and noone here has any positives or any negative proof to post on him, SOOO, Haters gonna hate... ngc3 76za.dcg
