CRASH AND CASH REDBOARD
-
Interesting.... you never saw favorite and 2nd favorite fail to cross-over? Does that mean if the favorite/2nd favorite does not hit the the board, it is fixed? You mean they should run as the tote board dictates? You mean that a horses physical condition does not change week to week, no less day to day? You mean a driver cant make a mistake, and if he does he was doing it on purpose?
Maybe there was something to it, but probably not, other than you lost a few bucks on it

do you agree most races are fixed
-
"most" no. Define what "fixed" means first. Do they push a horse to its fullest week after week, no. Most horses would not be able to race week to week if they pushed 100% every week. They would be like the Tbreds and need 3 to 6 weeks off after every race. That being said, If they feel the horse has little chance to compete against a given field they might not pust it as hard, but that does not mean they wont try to win if there is a chance to win without sacrificing the horse and what is left in the tank next week. Are many class conscience, and afraid to win, where they have to move up, Yeah. But I have seen that theory back fire.

If u saw replay..7-2 was def. destined for first or second...it was just one of those odd happenings where faux 2-5 was gonna hang and ultimately take others like bowling pins...dangerous stuff as 7-2 fell spilling driver.
Again, replay tells tale..2-5 breaking on final turn in two path often resulting in danger for others.
