                 The great Steve Starr has barred show wagering on all 8 Sire Stakes Final Races.
                    This has to be a harness racing first. 8 no show wagering on a card

Show wagering should be eliminated on every race.

either:
a0  cheap bastards trying not to get beat on minus pool payoffs

or

b)  more money into more important pools, which is not a bad thing

They should have all races at Tioga or Vernon
