Title: Woodside Charm out of NYSS Final
Post by: Mike Bossy on September 18, 2018, 02:10:19 PM
One has to wonder why this super filly is not entered in the NYSS 2Y Filly trot final. She has the points and would be the prohibitive favorite. Has to be a soundness issue. Very strange.

Hear that. She set the WR at Saratoga last start too. Disappointed we won't be seeing her on Saturday.

I would assume racing on a 1/2 with the possibility of drawing the 8 hole, in a state bred race was a risk to her elevated status with the Saratoga world record. Racing on the 7/8 much less risk with greater rewards.
