If it was behind closed doors, I'd say there is a <5% chance that Manchego actually drew the 2 hole. Definitely was assigned the 2 hole.

Pretty simple answer if you ask me. Jeff Gural owns Vermin Downs. Andy, (the orange juicer) Miller is employed by Jeff Gural. Which means Andy Miller can pretty much get away with anything at Jeff Gural run tracks.
