I’m guessing the rain. They’re always looking for an excuse to not race and thus lose less money. Let’s face it, you’re probably one of the few people who even noticed that they didn’t race. Handle is a joke.

Just a guess but I imagine both of their patrons had to work overtime at their place of business.
