   If the #1 does not leave the gate like Precious Bunny your scewed, glued, tatooed. You get away 6th or 7th.

Rule book says as long as you start in second tier you can follow any horse in the first tier.So if the one can't beat a fat man off the gate he can go behind the two or whoever.

Someone needs a rule book.  It's no wonder so much misinformation gets posted here.
