Yannick (Burke) goes inside 3 pylons and stays up, Western Joe goes inside 2 Pylons and gets DQed.
Either pull them both or keep them both up.
Why is there even rules in place, if you can make your own up at anytime.
Why even have judges? Just put BABOONS in the judges booth.

Put the hub rail back in and you wont have that issue any longer.

Zooming ... I'd be interested to hear if anyone saw it any differently than you and I did. How do you explain that ruling??

I know Slim, I thought I saw YG go inside 3 pylons. Maybe I missed something. But if I didn't, that ruling should be challenged by the owner just to bring light to that ruling by the Flamboro Judges. Let those judges explain themselves on why they pulled 1 and not the other!

Also, I thought going inside the pylons give an unfair advantage and you get pulled to last. Not just 1 spot.

I think the way the ruling reads, if you go inside one pilon there is no placing but the driver is fined, if you go inside two in a row your horse gets placed behind any horse/s that is/are lapped on to your horse, if you go inside three in a row you are placed last.
-
Went inside three straight ... even with the cameras and graphics from 1986 it was obvious
-
Whip ... who did you think went inside 3 in a row, YG or DM? Someone told me today, if you run into it or over it, that's ok, just can't be inside it completely. Will be interesting to see if anyone officially challenges the ruling.
-
The arch of the bike was hitting the pylons meaning YG was way inside the pylons.

20th - RACE 12

Yannick went inside 3+ but they already took the win pic and the photographer didnt have any more polaroid film, so they had to leave him up.

they really need to take this out of the judges decisions . too many times they get it wrong

Yes they are correct. If the wheel hits any part of the pylon they are considered to be on the racecourse.
