1. Many moons ago simulcast wagering was going to SAVE racing because of the opportunity to wager on more races at alternative tracks. Oppppps that didn't work. 2. Then the internet wagering scheme was introduced and guess what, that didn't work either. 3. Then it was the casino subsidy and that was rescinded by AC casinos and that didn't save racing. 4. Then harness racing got a big dose of the Goooooffffrrrrraa aaaallllllll INC Pig M business model in 2011 and that didn't work. 5. All one needed to realize was how the BUSINESS MODEL for Goooofffrrraaalll ll INC was doing at Vermin and Tioga, oppppssss that wasn't working either. 6. The HEEB cried and cried and cried for TAX relief in Knew Yawk. 7. Then he cried to the voters of NJ for casino relief and the SMART people of NJ told the HEEB, NO WAY, soundly defeated. So he cried and cried some more. 8. So now here comes sports betting. Will SPORTS BETTING be the savoir, "I" thought "Jefffiiieee was. After all "I" tells us every chance how much he LUVS

I have been working nonstop on this issue and it would sure help if the horsemen would stop worrying about how much money I am going to make and focus on the major issue of
how do we get the state to resume giving the horse industry $30 million that they were previously receiving. It is very frustrating to have to defend myself considering the only reason the Meadowlands is here is because I have invested tens of millions of dollars, along with my partners, and have personally been subsidizing it the last few years since it
loses money.
