Race 11 thur night

2500 can. In superfecta pool

20 cent minimum wager:
One winner 1400.00 can.

The question:  since usa isn't in for 10cent comingle wager there..are Fraser mgmt. and govts. taking out 44%?????  cant be...or has great canadian lost their mind.

word in from vancouver's Fraser Downs re: race 11 thursday night

There was one US hub 20cent superfecta winner thur night... but strangely, Canada's HPIBet site posted winning price as 1,399 dollars..though that noted total, reflected u.s. funds, not the usual canadian funds.
Thus 24% fraser downs superfecta takeout is indeed true here...one 20 cent superfecta winner 1399 u.s. = 1850 can.  and theres your takeout from 2500 canadian pool.
