Title: 16 & 17 YO Eligible in Quebec To Race
Post by: Bobbo on July 11, 2020, 10:55:53 PM: From the 3rd race at Hippodrome 3R in Trois-Rivieres Quebec. Have the rules been changed to allow 16 and 17 YO to race or is Quebec making up its own rules.

No, it was with regular drivers.
