Maybe he isn’t quarter pole moving certain one because he is smart enough to know that’s not the right move

As they cross the wire (in the slow motion replay) Tetrick is still looking. The announcer is calling Kirby's horse but no way in hell did he get there. They rule it a dead heat. In the win photo, all drivers are looking straight ahead. Hate when that crap happens. Hardly no one looks around at the wire, but one of the best, TT is looking beyond the horses that are closest to him on his right,
