Some facts so there is no confusion: the Petrelli fellow is currently not welcome because he spammed the board on multiple occasions. The other person, whatever they go by, had their original account sitting active and idle. They chose to acquire another name and post under it. The second that name ran afoul, they chose to go back to the Blutarsky 1.
If either of these guys want to come back and not wreck things, we're willing to address it.

Wally C messed up last Sunday or Monday by mistakenly forgetting to change accounts and made only one post under Senator Blutarsky. The only one since June. As of today the Senator Blutarsky account is not found under a member search, neither is Wally C. the only one that is still alive when you search for Blutarsky has never been used
