I want to remind all of you that when the Meadowlands was on the verge of closing I stepped up and built a beautiful brand new facility.
Did he mention that he strong armed workers into taking pay cuts or he wouldn't have done it?
The first thing everyone said to me when I took over is, “You have to get rid of the drug guys.” I took that to heart and spent over $1.5 million of my own money to put these guys in jail. As you know, three of the biggest criminals, Allard, Banca and Oakes are either in jail or on their way to jail.
The biggest criminals? I guess Julie Miller, Ron Burke, Nancy Takter, and Jennifer Bongiorno all must just race on hay and oats? Oh, I forgot that he either employs or has employed most of the above mentioned. Also, the fact that Gural was going to allow a confessed horse doper to continue training at his track, just because she "came clean".
The fact that we have eliminated the beards does not seem to be helping as apparently you enjoy racing against them at Yonkers, Chester and Pocono. I doubt if any of your owners even go to watch their horses race at those three tracks and would much rather race at the Meadowlands,
What beards have you eliminated? Why does it matter if an owner goes to watch his or her horse race? Owners want their horses to make money. They will go where they have the best opportunity to do just that,
If anyone has any suggestions please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Andy Miller couldn’t lose when Nick Surick was still around even with his own horses now how many times do you see the orange crush go to the winner circle it is a fucking joke that this guy says that he got rid of all the drug people and beards. People that believe this give your head a shake your fucking eyes are stuck! Jimmy Takter Making millions every year all of a sudden retires another fucking joke or cover-up Brett Pelling goes missing for 10 years to the day it comes back another fucking joke. How many times will it cover up Ron Burke. This Is what most people are sick off!!!!

With a condition sheet like that (50 classes to fill with the horse shortage), why would I enter my horse and watch the race not fill. Or have them write in a higher class to fill and now I am buried.
When I can go to another track and know the race will fill at the described conditions!
So, what I am saying take a chance that the race doesn't fill and have him stand in the stall for that week or go to a track where I have a very good shot to race against same caliber of horses that fit the written condition.
Thats why your seeing so many amateur races lately. Let the race secretary write the conditions( which Hes paid to do) and upper management stay out of it!
