We are the true employees in this organization and having contracts negotiated by a central committee would be to our advantage. if a track wants us to go around in circles, I will do it for a half an hour , as long as the compensation is correct. We are paid to race, not hold a parade. a driver should be compensated when he is told to employ the equipment repair routine. NO MORE FREE TIME
