USING THE WHIP IN UNCONVENTIONAL MANNER
While driving A PLUS HANOVER, Sean McAleese did retaliate by using his
whip in an unconventional manner by striking at the driver of INNIT
HANOVER, Joseph Sanzeri, two times after the finish of the race. That is in
violation of FAC 61D-2.022(3)(f). Mc. McAleese was afforded a formal
hearing on April 8, 2018 before the Board of Stewards at Pompano Park.
Mr. McAleese is hereby suspended from driving events for a period of 15
days, May 2 through and including May 16, 2018. A fine in the amount of
five-hundred dollars ($500.00) is also imposed.
