Here is another horsemen who had tons of talent yet couldn't control himself. Guy could drive a horse and man can he train one. Also pretty good at lighting one up. What's he up to now a days?? And I'm sorry stupid question but what exactly did he do again that led to his suspension/barred from harness racing

He cheated BETTER than the other cheats so he got banded. They must have cried the same way they did when they couldn't beat Lou Pena's horses.

The way Pena went down was absolute bull shit. Not a single positive not ONE. got him just off of vet records and rule violations. Bull shit!!! Whatever Pena's secret was he has clearly forgot or can't get anymore. Man he could light a horse up

Yes it's a out of competition test. The detection is 48 or 72 hours after it's administered

What’s bullshit about it? Don’t do the crime if you can’t do the time. He cheated and was punished. Simple. No different than Rick Dutrow. If you don’t want a suspension, follow the rules.

Agreed but also from what I remember all medications were within guidelines therefore no positives. Obviously we know with Pena he had something. Have you ever thought maybe just maybe one trainer is better than another without chemicals?

Anyone that has worked with harness horses knows what I said is true. Some trainers couldn't train a dog to bark but good trainers average 10 to15 percent win percentage. You get way above that, and something is wrong. I must have hit a sore spot with some of the people on here.
