do you think rhoades gasses these ponies up every single start? maybe he was out? maybe the horse is getting immuned to it. maybe he was gambling on others in the race. maybe the drivers were gambling on others in the race.  maybe who ever beat them found something new and tried it on their horse and it improved them. or maybe the horse just wasnt having a great day. i know i have bad days. could be a number of things.

This race was run at the wrong distance, it was carded for 5.5 and run at 5 furlongs by mistake...keep up the good work NYRA.

I think they should all be banned.  Not sure he will win in court due the billing records.  He was still in the wrong based on that.  He doesn't have to be fair. It's his sandbox.
