hmm
1. he is basically a 3 yr old
2. at this time of the year 90% of horses in nw1 /nw 2 are nothing, zero, so he has beat nobody
3.  maybe he is the rare exception, a $9k yearling that beats the odds

likely a oss grass roots horse in 2023 and i am sure owners would be thrilled with that , and even for that needs to drop 3 seconds to be competitive

For those who have followed the Ontario circuit for quite some time, his first couple impressive miles is reminiscent of another colt who started late & impressed early, TELL ALL. Time will tell , it always does but to expect similar outcomes of Tell All is a stretch, although TA was lucky to be in a very weak 3 year old crop that year.

Up close he's breathtaking - manners/speed/gait and a looker as a bonus.

Breathtaking for 9k?  That's unusual.  I will keep my eye out for him.

Hopefully they do well with him & he stays healthy! Speaking of late developing, Jody with his first Mohawk win since Nov 3rd last night?
