Does it even exist? How can all these people be getting in without license if they're checking before you go in? Every week you see people getting fined without proper license while in the paddock.

Ask Brice Cote. The guy who was more worried about me reporting facts than enforcing rules. And in the words of a higher up NJ official who told me a few days ago thinks he is still a state trooper and can override NJRC authority. Facts BTW.

You guys out East are so damn liberal. Crack the whip replace whomever is just walking in the place. WTF. .

Way to go...you ask a sensible question and SCM turns it into a way to once again talk about himself. A legend in his own mind! But I was wondering the same thing. Any track I've ever been to asks on your way in.

It doesn’t exist even on breeders crown day! 100% FACT! Why they do it afterwards is beyond belief! Welcome to Gural’s World!

I find it odd also that they don't ask on your way in, then ask you to produce it after the fact. Do they really need the $100 that bad? Feels like entrapment! tmbz1

Only time I’ve been ask for a license on the East Coast I was bringing a horse in. If I’m just shipping and let the groom bring in horse I walk right in. Never had an issue

Same everywhere, even Ky. During Grand Circuit if its after dark….
-
Supposed to be Americas premier track but its run like a county fair track!
-
Do the grooms come in the truck shipping the horse? If so they probably don't check everyone at the gate.

If they happen to ask. Just say oh mine just expired. First time back at races. Going to renew as soon as o get horse in

Last time I was there I just walked right in..No one stopped me to ask for anything. Only one they ask is whoever has the horse.
