Title: Erv Miller positive test at M1 = 15 day suspension LMFAO
Post by: MikeAnt on April 10, 2023, 12:29:58 AM
I mean they must really think we’re stupid. So Erv gets 15 days for a bute overage at M1. Now get the F outta here with this bs. Who in this day and age gets a positive for Bute? This has to be the biggest joke I’ve ever seen in today’s game. Are we really supposed to think that he didn’t use the bute to cover up the other gas? Hey Erv, go kick rocks with no socks you Amish cheater. Bute overage yeah sure.

I'm not defending any bute positive here I am just trying to show how the ARCI which governs the allowable medications states how to use it.

ARCI Controlled Therapeutic Medication Schedule for Horses - Version 4.2.1
Revised – December, 2020
Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drug (NSAID) Rules for Horses
Phenylbutazone 0.3 micrograms per milliliter of plasma or serum 48 hours Single intravenous dose of phenylbutazone at 4.0 milligrams per kilogram University of California Davis/RMT

The ARCI in mho is a joke. They don't have 1 Standardbred horse to test that could verify the withdrawal times. It amazes me that they have the balls to instruct people how to use the allowable medication and turn around and fine people or even suspend them with their false withdrawal times. If you read the fines and suspensions every week you will see the only positive test for the most part is on allowable medication that they state you can use. The ARCI should not be governing medication rules if they can't do it correctly. Remember the FBI caught the cheaters not the ARCI with their phony rules.

And he wouldn’t by any chance be using bute to mask something else. I know that Hoosier GM Rick Moore used to post on plop so I’m hoping he still does or reads this. If you’re going to make Tyler George stable at the track then you gotta have Erv Miller in the very next barn. What’s good for the goose is good for the gander. Get all of these cheaters under one watchful eye. Thank you Rick Moore and Joe Morris. Keep up the good work

On a serious note bute wouldn't cover up any other drugs. They say back in the day that's why lasix was used though

Man I’m no scientist but these cheats will use anything to cover up the real gas. It’s really doesn’t matter though because it’s Ervs responsibility to make sure he doesn’t exceed the threshold. It’s a positive test. If they screw Tyler George for nothing as simple as a bute overage, I meN no reason at all, then you gotta bring Erv Miller into the track and make him stable on the grounds as well. Let’s see if they play fairly and treat everyone equal or just go after Tyler george.
