The commissions not doing anything for years just gave Josh a loose rope. A lot of people have had enough. Ray just stepped on the end of the rope after Josh lost it..  Most knew he was a time bomb.

What positive does Josh have since 2010?   The answer is he doesnt have any. Look it up on the usta website he has a suspension for personal behavior and he hasnt held any type of license in 4 years.  Even without being licensed he fucked up, Tracy had more than one hot test and she is still suspended for not paying the 10k fine. Again I still say this isn't on Ray it's all on Josh, If he isn't yapping ove the fence no one would have said anything it would have just gone on like it has since he got suspended.
