Post by: chief yogi on July 21, 2020, 11:19:11 PM: there is a way to unlock a race from the tote room. takes time and i have only know about it because i was at a track once and judges locked race 3 mtp. took them about 10 mins to reopen pool. in this case juice if track dont want to reopen then i agree races should be refunded. greed and laziness.
