OMG  That looked brutal  apparently horses and drivers are ok hate to say it but the reaction of the burly guy in red and black colors is that he never saw the horse fall in front of him. Had he, I think he could have missed him so that his wheel didn't go over the fallen horse. Dont wanna sound like an ass criticizing his reaction time. I don't think he ever saw him. Thankfully both drivers didn;t need serious medical attention according to the announcer. it's the bridgejumpers who suffered the biggest injury. GOOD!!

Still real odd. 100 % certain this wasnt track induced/encouraged stiff since a horse and driver fell. So just a unfortunate accident (very glad folks and horse ok)  but does illuminate the foolhardy  way the mad bomber/stooge mafia is risking this money. Maybe folks are right and this is money laundering. If you hit 18 out 20 1/9 horses your only losing 10 % on your "investment". Maybe 10 % is the typical absorbable cost of laundering. I do my laundry in washer/dryer so am lost. Lol.

Still i would want to do this at a big name thoroughbred track with a short field and heavy favorite. Threre it would be less obvious and draw far less attention as well as simply involving more legitimate players.

Whole thing very odd.If us dolts can see this dont the authorities have to be onto this.  ngc3

Fraser allows this because the wager is not made on track, so they take it to make the handle look better.

taking 5 cents on the dollar, usually Campbell or Hoerdt-is a losing proposition-i used to be that circuit and they blow up

in fact, i wouldnt do it for 10 cents on the dollar--the track is usually wet and Campbell and Hoerdt seemingly lose by big margins on these 1-9 shots way more than usual

Thanks for clarifying adw angle JM. That makes perfect sense.

Still odd. And even  odder for frasier to stop show wagering since adws are apparently absorbing cost. I suppose some adws can exert considerable influence on tracks though if they are getting clobbered. Or maybe Fraser grew worried they would get a few of these in person.

Whole thing is still weird but your clarification helps understand the dynamic involved.
