The Teflon Ron of harness racing, glaucine positives, TCo2 positives, harness racing needs to appoint a special council. someone who has absolutely no ties to the sport, to do a thorough investigation of whom Teflon Ron was slipped some payola to look the other way and allow him free reign to steal from other horsemen. Leave no expense, no vet records, unturned in an effort to get to the real truth. Lets see if there are any bribes in his history.

Mueller team should be available in a few short months. Then again who will pay for that investigation horsemen, USTA, slot owned racetracks, Jeff Gural, or like the Mueller investigation(tax payers) it will probably be charged down the line to the bettor.

All of the other horsemen who are routinely relegated to minor awards status, should banned together and set up a GoFundMe account to put the wheels in motion. And if track owners and CEO's are in Collusion to sweep evidence under the proverbial track surface they should be also be called out.

You have it all wrong.
Ron Burke is a wealthy man-and he knows that drug positives are the scourge of his profession and a threat to his success.
So when the shit hits the fan HE HIRES THE BEST AVAILABLE ATTORNEYS TO HANDLE HIS AFFAIRS!.
He spares no expense-for example the CO2 positive-he hasnt beaten yet-however if anyone can beat it-Ron Burke can-because he has hired the best team in the USA to act in his defense.
Wouldnt surprise me if he spends 40-50,000$ maybe more to beat it--because he doesnt want it on his record.
Thats why he appears as "Teflon Ron" because unlike 99.9% of other trainers-he fights harder than anyone in the business and has the means to do it.
This is why the USTA wants us to keep the "status quo" re medications-so this BS can continue and commissions/judges can pick and choose who to sacrifice.
In Hong Kong and down under racing -doesnt matter who you are or how much money you have-you will go down for a positive-just like the little guy.
System here is fucked-and until radical changes are made-- nothing changes.

If top 5 or 10 trainers who are also all partial owners of yearling purchases would hurt their potential windfall each fall at the sale rings. If there where out of the game 1 yr, 2 yrs, or 5. Let's not forget that wide sweep a few years back on synthetic EPO. The one where Wagner, a women trainer or Morgan lackey, and forget the other that got 5 years or so.

Exporter...on the first half with breeders? That was just tongue and cheek as breeders worse fear is losing top trainers to long suspensions. Or the last statement with the synthetic EPO? I can't remember the name Arpsnic(sp)? It was something PA was dealing with 4 or 5 years back. Even made their local news and then nothing came out of the wide spread allegations then just 3 out of state trainers getting caught and doing the time. So not sure which you are referring.

I am in complete agreement with all who state there is justice system for one set of society, and another system for those with power, influence and money. It is evident in every level of society. Just look at yesterday's Presidential pardon. 6 million, liberal and colorful twitter accounts has power and value.
