Worst family in harness racing. Joe going overseas to represent USA in driving tournament? Biggest toss ever when betting races he is in. His sons both hated by Ron Burke and Mark Weaver for making scene after big race at Pocono few years back when Foiled Again win. Complete scum.

You could not be more WRONG! Joe is a great guy and excellent with trotters,yes,he can drive well also,wise up son

Less than 200 wins lifetime at 70 years old. Win 7 last year and let’s not mention his trainers Louie Pena, Andy Harris, Jimmy MacDoald. Sharpest trainers in the game and he can’t get figure it out. Guarantee you couldn’t find 5 people who think he’s a good driver. He also thinks the world owes him something. Him and his kids are no good scum. Scott bald headed tool who walks around Yonkers like he is someone. Laughing joke of the driving colony when he gives directions.
