Propulsion had a neurectomy reported on his USTA registration, but who's job is it to report that it happened ? The owner, the trainer, the vet. As of now there is no rule that anyone has to report it . I was very surprised that it was reported to the USTA in the case of Propulsion .

There is a rule that states the owners are responsible for reporting to USTA and also posting notices in race offices of all tracks the horse races at       Well Stan you should call the USTA and tell them about it, because they said they didn't have any rule on the subject . But that they were coming with a rule that would make the owner of the horse responsible. Good luck having any of those reported.
