Must be a serious problem for them to want so much detail.
Surely they can trim it down enough to root out the cheaters without having this much information handed to them

The enforcement and collection of this data is a lot to put on any type of state regulatory folks. The Manpower will be extraordinary. If they pull it off, god bless them.

The State should be able to handle it. I would assume it is done more as a deterrent than an actual audit. If you are a common beard, you prolly don't have the funds or desire to challenge.
