Indiana can’t even compete with Ohio. Illinois will be too far behind by the time I actually happens if it happens. Even with Indiana being totally red, they were smart enough to know to get in the game before they got left out

Ohio gives ten times too much money in purses to cheap, bottom level, claimers. Indiana gives most of their money to steak horses. At least people have to pay to race in those races.

Free loaders get too much of the Ohio pie
