Anyone have an idea what an "ambassador" in harness racing does ?  11.bz 11.bz 11.bz 11.bz 11.bz

Didn't take long to send the old windbag out to amplify his drag on the sport.  It's Saturday night at a sleek, modern midwest raceway, they have this outdated moldy oldie on the microphone in Dayton, Ohio.  Dayton has one of the best current announcers in Barry Vicroy.  Who in the hell ordered this foolishness.  His time has come and is long gone.  Not to mention, Dayton is sort of trying to copy the 60 second betting contest from Scioto downs; but, they're making it just way too hard for the betting public, not to mention - it's a 2 story wagering set-up and to enter they want people to screw around w/ taking the escalators to the 2nd floor.  Will anyone w/ common sense ever get involved in this sport  ?

Nominal salary, but the real fringe benefit of the job is getting first access to pre-releases of the "Thank You for the Free Money Today" thread from Da PaLoan.
