Ms. Cox has dropped her appeal of ruling NFLD-2020-063 and the penalty has been amended. O.S.R.C.-3769-18-01(B)(5) 18-07(A) 18-99 3769-12-26(A)(10) 12-99 If the fine is not paid to the judges by 7/9/20 you may be suspended and or license revoked by the commission. Ms. Cox is barred from all grounds governed by the OSRC during her suspension. Any horses under her care that she wants to transfer to another owner or trainer must be approved by the judges or the OSRC.
