I didn't follow Chicago racing daily/year-round, meet-to-meet. Stakes races and grand circuit, yes, absolutely. Used to really enjoy going to Chicago. I think from the long-time, regular Chicago guys -- in my personal experience and opinion -- Dave Magee was the "best" overall driver, Tony Morgan may have had the most "talent," and Butch Paisley was the "smartest" driver and best overall horseman.
