No offense, respectively, and not sure if you know about this personally or simply heard ---- however the charges brought against Lachance were not for getting caught coming back into the US, and he did not have $95,000. I am not instigating or being combative, however, perhaps you know about an incident that nobody else does, wasn't published, or something of the like.
Sorry, typo. Just to clarify. The incident, which is public information, had to do with him leaving the US, going to Canada, by plane/at the airport, where he was questioned about cash he had with him at the time, and he was apparently given the opportunity to not bring the cash, and upon his second attempt to board the plane, he was questioned about the cash, what he did with it, where it was, etc. It was confiscated by the authorities in a parked car he allegedly used to get to the airport.
