Nick Surick was sentenced to 62 months in a federal prison on June 19th - my wedding anniversary, btw

My bad, he was sentenced on Jan 19, not June 19 but 62 months was the sentence

He could have gotten a lighter sentence but he actually stopped cooperating and the prosecutors became frustrated with him. They did shave 10 months off his sentence. The first recommendation was 72 months.

When does he have to report to prison or is he appealing and out until the appeal is heard?

Was trying to find that out. I have a source saying he has surrendered but I see stories about his being out on appeal. Want he spotted at certain farms this Spring. He will prolly end up at Lewisboro in Pa. so he is close to family, unless he is there already.

He posts everyday on Snapchat at a bar, pool, club, sporting event. He doesn't look like he's suffering at all.

I am old skool. But, in my day after the feds have you and the judge sentences you, the only was he is out this long is if he is still working for the FBI. Anyone who talks to this guy better be squeaky clean. Brandon Simpson, too. Still no surrender date. At least not that I can find.

you dope a horse or mislabel things with the intention to conceal the drugs improperly prescribed you go to jail. I still mystified how Surick is out.
