Thing is I thought all Delaware owners have to go thru a verification on funds, Before you can be listed as a Delaware owner?  I guess he's mastered that process?

Let me try that and I'm in front of the judges with bank statements and deposit slips and etc etc for the last 5 years!

Anything is possible in Delaware..Hell the previous presiding judge raced horse's there for years while he was presiding judge.
