it's nearing the end of a 4-year study if being able to watch the race makes any difference in the handle. The study has already determined that they can save money by not having to use colored saddle pads for as we all know the colors can not be seen now. They will save on the saddle pads and also save the salary of the person that has to wash them. The study is far-reaching. They have also been determined and approved by the FDA that the constant buzzing in the background does help with Tinnitus. This is a major breakthrough for people that have suffered for years. They feel they wouldn't be doing the sport right by just sitting back and being the same as others. The study is a costly one. Final results will be announced on election day.

Wait....live video feed has been broken ? If I was the adws I'd not carry the track. I remember the old days otb in New york Belmont delayed race call audio only.
