Pet Peeve
You play a horse from the outside, say a half of 5/8ths track --- he's getting played..... He leaves but so do others so he tucks in fourth --- here comes the outerflow and he sits and gets shuffled to dead last to close late....
I say pull the dam thing --- I know he's been used off the gate but you are not going to get anything sitting on the wood mid pack----
There -- I'm done -- thank you for listening.
Anyone get a pet peeve --- and me complaining about losing my $2 cannot be one ngc3

i hate it more when they pull and finish last

I can understand not wanting to pull on a strong leader on a mile track because lanes will usually open in the stretch, but on a small track theres just no room. Pull and rush or pull and rate, but don't sit there with your thumb up your ass and let them get buried.

If you're not first - you're last
Pull try and maybe 11.wp backup --- sit shuffle and no shot.....

Boxing an exacta and finishing 1st and 3rd because they either went after each other too hard or the pacesetter goes too fast for no reason and gets tired in the last 3 steps

the wizard didnt die from covid....

sit and wait for next week no need to kill horse race was over when you ducked

Totally dependent on what's between the shafts! When you're a long shot and leave, the hope is that you can get good early position and create racing room later. If you're one of the favorites, your just ducking in and saving your horse until someone comes.
