Yes, as long as it's just to get into a series. Stiffing under any other circumstance is not permitted     73cv.2

That was a joke the way he drove that horse. Your right, if he wanted to win he would have. Pools showed 1k across the board on that horse. It must not have been his stable who placed it.

I don't know....I've been stiffed a few times and it wasn't so bad.
