I didn't read the story you linked that says:

The United States Trotting Association has revoked the licenses of Chicago-area harness horsemen Brian Pelling and Dennis Nardoni, whom Maywood Park stewards suspect of conspiring to fix a trifecta race at that track on Nov. 6.

In addition to Pelling, a 49-year-old driver, trainer and owner from Lockport, and Nardoni, a 44-year-old owner from Olympic Fields, the licenses of seven other other individuals were revoked in what the magazine called ''a roundhouse blow for integrity.''

They are Leo Bauer, Henri Filion, his brother Rheo Filion, Gilles Gendron, Richard Plano, Gene Vallandingham and Brian Yusko.

That one?

I didn't read the story you linked that you said wasn't about Maywood or Plano that actually says:

The United States Trotting Association has revoked the licenses of Chicago-area harness horsemen Brian Pelling and Dennis Nardoni, whom Maywood Park stewards suspect of conspiring to fix a trifecta race at that track on Nov. 6.

In addition to Pelling, a 49-year-old driver, trainer and owner from Lockport, and Nardoni, a 44-year-old owner from Olympic Fields, the licenses of seven other other individuals were revoked in what the magazine called ''a roundhouse blow for integrity.''

Maywood incident did not involve Rick Plano.   Article discussing multiple integrity issues.

the thing about pompano, all these crooks, yet they will double cross each other. while there may be a degree of cheating, if they rig a race 3 of them will try and come up with their own number in the same race.

i have to say despite the crew here at the pomp, the racing has been pretty straight foreward. several times i marked a horse for a questionable drive only to see the horse not race for two months so to one his own. im doing quite well handicapping so a lot of questionable people ok but racing been good. pomp handle thru the roof this year. id take this over any place else right now.
