She's the only one with a chance to win. If they had tapes,videos,informants showing that she knew exactly what where in the bottles and the effect it would have on horses the government would have had to tell her lawyer.
And her lawyer put forth the best defense possible. A GOOD FAITH DEFENSE. Google it then you'll understand.
Remember to convict the government must prove beyond a reasonable doubt. It's gonna be a tough road for UNCLE SAM. The only one that could put her in is
Fishman. She didn't rat on him and the government is not going to put a convicted felon on the stand,and I don't think Fishman would help them anyway.
I'm not saying it's a cake walk for her,but I think she has the best chance of walking,or the government gives her a no jail time deal.
