Was this guy. (32% Winner at woodbine thoroughbred) ever a harness trainer?  Like maybe in the 80s or 90s. Name sounds familiar

he may have trained some, but was primarily a catch driver.and drove the odd time for Bill Robinson....had some succees….won the Confederaton Cup one year  I believe at Flamboro

If this is same guy,  Norm McKnight, Jr.  in 1991 won Confederation Cup with Arcane Hanover.  He also set track record with Rare Review in Connaught Cup in 1987 with Stew Firlotte training.

His main owner was BRUNO when he winnin. BRUNO went elsewhere and still owns a ton of cheap horses. He and his ponies not doing to well these days.
