Very easy solution to this. Take Don the Cons appraisal and review the taxes paid on each property. Recalculate the back taxes, penalties and interest during the same time period based on his inflated numbers.

The banks and insurance companies are responsible for doing their due diligence. Trump payed every loan back not a single dollar delinquent. A 100% guarantee to be tossed on appeal. Just read the experts and you will see this has close to zero chance of going anywhere because not a single dollar was defrauded. When used wisely bankruptcy is a business tool. Ever notice that banks continue to extend loans to companies and parties in Chapter 11. Ever wonder why that is? Its so that banks can adjust and cover losses else where in their portfolios whilst show a vigourous lending pattern. In this case the left hand knows exactly what the right hand is doing.

I will say this again…If this is another Trump vs Biden contest it will match two of the worst candidates in modern history. Trump is just a pathetic human being and Biden has destroyed our southern boarder. Trump talks loyalty and doesn’t have any especially for you and me. Biden is destroying our cities letting all the migrants in. Both Trump and Biden have pushed our national debt to impossible to recover levels. Trump has single handed created so much hate and dissection while Biden hasn’t done very much to bring our country back together, as he promised. Defending these guys is a waste of time. They both stink.

There are so many reasons why everything has gone up in cost. Some basic stuff begins with our last two presidents, Trump and Biden, have increased the national debt by over 8 trillion dollars. Trump ran our assets like he ran his own businesses. Happiness to Trump equaled bankruptcy. Biden is just a good hearted liberal wanting to forgive any loan out there. They spend money that doesn’t exist like they are playing Monopoly. Of course Covid really screwed things up. Just take cars and houses. Shortages of all sorts of things put demand at a much higher rate than supply. Never a good thing for consumers. Now interest rates on mortgages are nearing 8% up from below 3%. So people with low rate mortgages can’t afford to move for something more expensive when they calculate the new monthly mortgage payment. Therefore supply is minimal while demand is super high for first time buyers. Just a mess.

That is true, but only benefits the wealthy the average guy with 10 or 20 K in his savings/ checking account can afford a couple extra pizza's during the year but the millionaires are the ones making the dough on that one. Then dirt poor/democrates it means NOTHING.

Avg credit card interest rate is currently 19.6% The wealthy or middle class pay their balance monthly. The people hurt the most by rising interest rates is the bottom 30% as it always is.
