He’s going to have a hard time paying those fines when he got this one in same week.

HALL, TONY A WASHINGTON, PA

YOB 1978

 Mea on 8/24/2021 FINED: $100
BAD CHECK
PA Code Title 7-205.510. Mr. Hall issued a dishonored check for payment of Ruling 21026M to the SHRC. Mr. Hall is fined $100 which is due within 10 days of this ruling. The returned check must also be taken care of within those 10 days. Failure to do so, could result in a full suspension. Mr. Hall`s fines must now be paid by cashier`s checks or money orders only. Mr. Hall has 10 days to appeal this decision to the Pennsylvania SHRC, Bureau of Standardbred Racing.

Has to be typos. Not driving fines are larger than positive drug fines?????

Fines are correct. PA welcomes all drug cheating trainers and slaps them with $500 fines and drivers get hit with $200/missed race fine. Amazing isn’t it?
