Hmm.. 2 of the owners named in the lawsuit Brian + Ira Wallach were also owners who used Carmine Fusco(RIP) who seemed to also have somewhat of a reputation and now Daniel Renaud who seems to win his share of races too..I guess these guys know who the winning trainers are..But in their defense they do spend a ton on buying and claiming horses in the NY/PA circuit.. I guess they should win a fair amount of races.. I’m not sure banning these owners accomplishes much but it’s Gurals track .. I guess he can do whatever he wants to do..

The Millers would be homeless without pharmaceutically enhanced horses. "Teflon" Ron? Does Gural really want to go to trial, and have to testify under oath? The plaintiffs should subpoena the financial records of Gural's "clean" trainers, then bring them to court as well, and have them testify. As much as I dislike Allard's owners, have any of them been charged with anything?

THE LAW IS VERY CLEAR----THIS CASE HAS NO MERIT. THEREFORE, MR. GURAL WILL EASILY WIN AND HAVE THIS CASE DISMISSED. ANY PRIVATE PROPERTY OWNER HAS THE RIGHT TO EXCLUDE WITHOUT CAUSE. THEREFORE, I TRULY EXPECT THE LEGAL TEAM TO SOON PRESENT A MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGEMENT. I HAVE NOT SEEN THE CASE BUT I CANNOT IMAGINE THAT THERE IS ANY MATTER OF LAW THAT CAN BE DISPUTED. THE CASE IS MERITLESS NO MATTER WHO CLAIMS THEY WERE EXCLUDED FOR ANY REASON. DOES NOT MATTER.

THE INDUSTRY IS VERY FRAGILE RIGHT NOW AND THERE ARE MANY GOOD FOLKS THAT ARE ATTEMPTING TO EARN AN HONEST LIVING IN THIS INDUSTRY. I SURE WOULD HOPE THAT THESE FOLKS WOULD BAND TOGETHER TO TRY AND SAVE THE SPORT AS IT IS SO FRAGILE.
FURTHER, I PREACH DAILY THAT THIS SPORT LACKS LEADERSHIP. THERE IS NO ONE OUT THERE THAT DAILY WORKS THE PRESS AS WELL AS GOVERNMENT AND GOVERNMENT AGENCIES FOR GOOD PRESS AND ADVANCEMENT OF THE SPORT. I MAY SOUND REPETITIVE BUT THERE HAS TO BE AN HONEST HARD WORKING RESPECTED INDIVIDUAL THAT COULD BE THE VOICE OF THE SPORT AND TRULY HAVE THE BEST INTEREST OF THE HONEST HORSEMEN AND OWNERS AT THE FOREFRONT.
I COULD NEVER UNDERSTAND HOW AN INDUSTRY THAT WAS AT ONE TIME SO VERY LARGE COULD GO WITHOUT A VOICE.....A COMMISIONER THAT WAS BASICALLY EVERYWHERE-----POLITICALLY CONNECTED AND REPRESENTING THE INDUSTRY. SURELY THERE ARE SO MANY SUCCESSFUL WEALTHY OWNERS IN THE SPORT THAT COULD HIRE A TOP TOP TOP LOBBYIST/COMMISSIONER TO TRULY MARKET THIS SPORT PROPERLY!
