Seriously guys, does anyone know if you are currently suspended in NJ for a race positive, can you go to Poconos, Yonkers, or Tioga and race your horses? And vice versa?
-
If you are currently serving a suspension no. If you have a stay during your appeal yes

Not sure if the rules in Maine. The question was can someone currently suspended race in another jurisdiction. If you can provide a name and date that a suspended person raced in Maine I would be happy to verify. Do not forget this is America you are innocent till PROVEN guilty. Every one wants to blame the race commission but if charged you can go to any real judge and get a TRO to continue to make a living till your hearing
