As I said in my other post garnishing his wages is about the only solution legally that works.
Locking a deadbeat dad up is counterproductive if he has the potential to earn a decent wage.
The state needs to look into if these deadbeats have a wagering account somewhere.
If I remember correctly the last time Dean Eckley was here the horses were listed under Brittney Dillon.
Their horse were up the track for a couple of starts then.....
